China Assertive Military Drills Disrupted Region and Global Trade

China is extending assertive military drills surrounding Taiwan that have disrupted region and global trade. Chinese local media said, the exercises includes anti submarine drills targeting US support for Taiwan in the event of a potential Chinese invasion.

According to the Chinese military, the exercises involving missile strikes warplanes and ship movements crossing the midline of the Taiwan strait dividing the sides were a response to United States House speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to the self ruled Island last week.
