Indonesia's leadership of The G20 has now reached its peak, As Indonesia has officially began its hosting of The G20 Summit in Bali. On Tuesday (15/11/2022) morning, Indonesia's President Joko Widodo officially opened The G20 Bali summit, held at the Apurva, Kempinski Hotel.
As many as 17 leaders of G20 countrie, The European Union and numerous other global leaders, convened at The Apurva, Kempinski Hotel's Candi Ballroom, to discuss the culminating results of the hundreds of G20 forums held throughout Indonesia's G20 Presidency.
In his opening speech, President Joko Widodo stressed that the world has no other option but to collaborate in the face of the dire challenges faced by the global economy, while also calling for an end to the Russia-Ukraine war.
President Joko Widodo also listed the "concrete deliverables" / that Indonesia's G20 presidency produced, actions and policies that result in real beneficial impacts, including a pandemic fund, debt relief initiatives for developing nations and concrete collaboration and supporting a greener and more sustainable global economic recovery.
