In jambi on the island of Sumatera search and rescue teams on Tuesday afternoon finally managed to evacuate all of survivors of the crashed helicopter that was made an emergency landing on Sunday in the Jungle of the Kerinci Seblat National Park.
Eight survivors including Jambi police chief two-star police general Rusdi Hartono were air lifted to Jambi's provincial capital to get medical treatments.
The survivors are three helicopter crew and the rest are police officials and officers.
The evacuation resume after three days from the emergency landing due to bad weather. And even during the evacuation process strong winds still beat rescuers.
