Australia has apologised to Indonesia after some of its personnel were allegedly involved in an insult of Indonesian beliefs. The apology relates to derogatory comments claimed to have been made against Indonesia's national ideology Pancasila in teaching materials and also verbally at an army language training facility in Australia.
