Exiled Ashraf Ghani Says He Left Kabul to Prevent Bloodshed

Exiled Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has defended his decision to leave Kabul as the Taliban advanced and toppled his government describing it as a way to "prevent bloodshed". Speaking from the United Arab Emirates, Ghani says the failure of the peace process led to the Taliban takeover.
