The Picasso museum in Paris, has been redesigned by Paul Smith, ahead of the 50th anniversary of the artist's death. From floor to ceiling, the rooms have been repainted, to make Picasso's works more accessible.
2023 marks 50 years since the death of Pablo Picasso. A makeover for a big anniversary, at the Musée National Picasso-Paris, British designer Paul Smith, took over the exhibition rooms to celebrate the occasion.
Each room is decorated, to enhance the artworks it houses, immersing visitors. The result is three floors of colourful rooms, making the artworks pop even more.
Works from other artists are also on show. Congolese artis Cheri Samba, paid tribute to African Art, from which Picasso drew inspiration for his works.
