The United Nations refugee agency says the Rohingya refugees sheltered in camps outside Myanmar are facing another emergency with the approach of monsoon season. A representative of the UNHCR said Tuesday the government of Myanmar has not removed the threat of violence that forced thousands of these people to flee across the border.
