Last year, the delivery of diesel fuel and gasoline to the Gaza strip nearly shut down, and to make matters worse the entire region has been suffering under an electricity crisis for more than a year. Those troubles led two engineering students in the region to build a solar powered car that makes gasoline unncessary, Thursday (1/9/2016).
