Tesla CEO and new owner of Twitter, Elon Musk appeared via video link at The Bali Business 20 Summit addressing the future of the social media platform on the sidelines of the G20 Summit. Musk appeared on a dark video screen appears in the midst of a power outage and answered questions about the future and affordability of technology.
Musk said Twitter should be more video-based and give content creators a way to earn a living. He also said it would "make a lot of sense" to build a more affordable Tesla vehicle.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Foxconn, Young Liu said that moving towards becoming a greener society would also lead to a smarter society. Young Liu spoke at the second and final day of The B20 Summit in Bali on the topic of harnessing the power of innovation for future economic growth.
The B20 is parallel to The G20 event, which is the official dialogue forum with the global business community. Foxconn technology group is the world's largest electronics manufacturer.
