This is the moment when Oleg Novitsky and Pyotr Dubrov of Russia's Roscosmos carried out a lengthy spacewalk. Earlier alarms went off at the Russian segment of the international space station and the crew reported noticing smoke and the smell of burnt plastic. The crew then turned on a filter to eliminate possible smoke pollution and went back to sleep. The incident is the latest in the string of problems related to the Zvezda service module the Russian segment of the space station.
