Separately, at least 13 people including the driver were injured, after a bus crashed into an elevated subway pillar in New york, United States on Thursday (4/8/2022). The accident began when the bus driver had a heart attack on Thursday morning, at Boston Road and Longfellow avenue while driving her route in the Bronx.
The driver had been admitted to saint Barnabas Hospital, where she is in critical condition. An official said the driver had recently passed a physical was deemed in good health and fit to drive, and had a good driving record for several years. Meanwhile, 12 passengers suffered non-serious injuries, due to the crash.
