Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has rejected a plan by the U.S to reopen its consulate for Palestinians in Jerusalem. Bennett says there is no room for another American mission in the contested city and Israel's foreign minister has suggested the consulate should be opened in the occupied west bank.
