Hundreds of Ambonese Celebrate the Victory of the Argentina National Team

Argentina supporters celebrated as far away as Indonesia, after 'la seleccion' beat poland and advanced to the final 16 in the World Cup in Qatar. Many of the fans were decked in white and blue Argentina jerseys, or waved large argentina flags.

In the City of Ambon, hundreds of supporters travelled in a convoy of motorbikes and cars after wednesday's match, honking their horns and playing loud music. Some supporters could be heard chanting the name of argentina soccer great lionel messi.

Ambon,capital City of Indonesia's mollucas province, is famous for its fanatical football fans, who are well-known for their love for Argentina, and also the Netherlands.
