Zulkifli Hasan, the newly appointed Indonesian Minister of Trade, stated that bulk cooking oil prices in Indonesia have dropped to IDR 14,000 per liter, the initial price cap set by the government. Previously, the price of cooking oil has increased by 50% to 70% in recent months compared to last year.
