Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board Chairman Thomas Lembong hopes the Indonesia-Australia comprehensive economic partnership agreement which tries to remove distortions and barriers can be signed this year.Lembong added that the greatest obstacle to achieveing greter economic collaborations are the country's regulations itself.
