New Year's holidays are enjoyed by many people for traveling or just spending time with loved ones, but this can lead to tragedy, as happened in West Sulawesi and West Java in Indonesia.
A father and son died after being swept away by a high tide while spending the New Year's holidays swimming at Polo Beach in Central Mamuju, South Sulawesi.
In the video, several people who witnessed the accident screamed for help.
Rescuers rushed to save the victims, but only their bodies were found, and they were then taken to a nearby hospital.
