Indonesian Badminton Athlete Syabda Perkasa Dies

An Indonesian young badminton athlete, Syabda Perkasa Belawa has died in a traffic accident in Central Java area. He was 21 years old.

Syabda and his mother died instantly at the traffic accident scene at the Pemalang-Batang toll while heading to Sragen to visit his deceased grandmother.

The bodies of Syabda and his mother plan to be buried alongside his grandmother in Sragen.
Syabda was born on the 25th of August 2001 a part of the team that finished runners-up during the Thomas cup in Bangkok in 2022 and most recently winning the Iran Fajr International in February.
