At least 11 people were killed, when a 10-story commercial building, still under construction, collapsed on Monday in Abadan, Iran. The death toll is expected to rise. The casualty toll is predicted to be much higher, as dozens are still believed to be trapped under the rubble, after the Metropol building toppled, burying shops and even some cars in the surrounding streets.
