Two of France's stars in their World Cup quarter final win against England, are 'serious doubts' for Wednesday's semi-final against Morocco because of illness.

In a significant blow for head coach Didier Deschamps, both defender, Dayot Upamecano and midfielder Adrien Rabiot missed training on Tuesday. Upamecano with a sore throat and Rabiot with an unspecified illness.

However, Aurelien Tchouameni who scored against England on Saturday, but was absent from training on Monday, due to discomfort in his left leg returned to the training pitch and should be fit for the semi final. The midfielder is the only player to have started every game in the French Eleven.
