Seasonal taste proudly presents Thailand cuisines with guest Chef Supattra Boonsrang at The Westin Jakarta on Wednesday (12/10/2022). Chef Supattra will bring flavors and aromas of authentic Thai cuisine to Jakarta. 

With over 23 years of experience, Chef Supattra will serve her signature cuisine, including Gai Bai Teay, Som Yam, The Legendary Tom Yam, Mango Sticky Rice, and Tap Tim Krop also known as Chestnut Dumpling.

Chef Supattra said this Tom Yam is not just ordinary Tom Yam. Tom Yam that Supattra serves today is more authentic like royal cuisine. She also said all the cuisine that she served is good for health, especially good for stomach and hair growth.
