President Prabowo Inaugurates Regional Roads Spanning 1,151 KM  

Jakarta: President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated the development of regional roads spanning 1,151 kilometers across Indonesia during an event in Sampang Regency.

The roads are expected to improve distribution efficiency, allowing agricultural and fishery products from rural areas to reach markets and industries.  
 
The road construction was carried out under the 2025 Presidential Instruction (Inpres). “The presence of these regional roads are very important. They are the lifeline of the people's economy,” remarked President Prabowo.
 
Indonesia’s eighth president expressed appreciation for the hard work of the parties involved. He added that the quality of the road development was “excellent”.
 
At the inauguration, Prabowo was accompanied by Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Public Works Dody Hanggodo, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and several other officials.
