Jakarta: The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) will auction off state-confiscated assets, including 90 luxury apartment units at the South Hills Apartment complex in Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
The apartments, valued at hundreds of billions of rupiah, were seized from Benny Tjokrosaputro, a convicted businessman in corruption and money laundering cases involving PT Asuransi Jiwasraya and PT ASABRI.
“The total value of the assets is estimated at IDR219,779,226,669, with auction proceeds going toward Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP),” Head of the Legal Information Center at the AGO, Anang Supriatna, said in Jakarta on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
The auction will be facilitated by the State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Jakarta IV on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, based on a final and binding Supreme Court ruling (No. 2937 K/Pid.Sus/2021, dated August 24, 2021).
Interested parties may participate in the online auction through lelang go id, with bids accepted until 2:00 p.m. WIB (Western Indonesia Time). All properties will be auctioned on an “as-is” basis, including any existing physical or non-physical defects.
The BPA will hold a pre-auction briefing session at the South Hills Apartment complex from Monday, July 20, to Wednesday, July 22, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. WIB.
The Prosecutor’s Office will also hold two virtual briefing sessions via Zoom on auction registration procedures, scheduled for Friday, July 17, and Friday, July 24, 2026.
