UCID's share price strengthened by approximately 11.8%, rising from Rp372.00 per share at the end of June 2026 to above Rp410.00 per share in early August 2026. This share price strengthening indicates that the Company's improved fundamental performance is supporting the Company's profitability recovery and has received a positive response from the market.
This trend has the potential to increase investor confidence in the sustainability of the Company's performance recovery going forward.
However, share price movements are also influenced by overall capital market conditions, sector sentiment, and other external factors, so stock performance developments need to be continuously monitored in line with the Company's consistent performance achievements in the following period.
Portfolio Strengthening and Distribution Strategy
Explaining the main drivers of the Company's positive performance, President Director of PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk, Yasutaka Nishioka, said, "This performance achievement was driven by the Company's strategic steps in optimizing its business portfolio, primarily through increasing the contribution of the Feminine Care (FC) segment which successfully boosted the gross profit ratio. At the same time, UCID strengthened its distribution channels to the General Trade (GT) network and increased product exposure.
This positive growth was also supported by strong performance on the e-commerce platform, restructuring of the distribution network, and increasingly stable cash flow and receivables turnover management."
Outlook for Semester II-2026
OnsIn the second half of 2026, UCID aims for sustained expansion without halting its growth momentum. In response to external environmental factors such as rising material costs and increased shipping costs due to the situation in the Middle East and the economic situation in Indonesia, it is fundamentally changing its management foundation by accelerating profitable business categories, making focused investments in distribution channel growth, and innovating products to meet market needs.
"We carry out these business activities in line with our sustainability commitment to 'Ethical Living for SDGs' to provide long-term added value for society, the environment, and all stakeholders," Yasutaka concluded.
