Jakarta: On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the Prof. Dr. Djajusman Auditorium at LSPR Jakarta turned into a vibrant hub of ideas, stories, and connections. More than 50 participants, students, professionals, and changemakers, gathered for TEDxLSPR 2025, an independently organized TED event that carried the theme 'Xploring Connections: The Dynamic of Interactions Across Industries.'
Far from being just a series of talks, the event became a journey of discovery. From the very beginning, the atmosphere reflected curiosity and anticipation, as participants filled the hall, ready to listen, share, and connect.
A Day of Voices That Mattered
The afternoon opened with words from Maria Florensia Divina, Lead Organizer of TEDxLSPR 2025 and President of the LSPR Public Speaking Club. She reminded the audience that TEDx is not only about spreading ideas but also about building communities where those ideas can grow.
"As we embark on today’s journey of exploration," she said.
"Let us embrace the opportunity to connect, with ideas, with one another, and with possibilities we have yet to imagine."
That spirit of dialogue was echoed by Dr. (H.C.) Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR, FIPR, Founder and CEO of LSPR Institute. In her remarks, she emphasized LSPR’s mission to empower young people to think critically, act responsibly, and embrace the power of collaboration.
Five Stories, One Theme: Connection
One by one, the speakers took the stage, each offering a unique lens on what it means to be connected in today's world.
- Revi Reviansyah, entrepreneur and proud LSPR alumnus, spoke passionately about Collaboration for Growth. His story of building partnerships showed the audience that collaboration is not just a buzzword, it is a path to sustainable success.

- dr. Kevin Mak took a different angle, exploring Social Media’s Role in Modern Healthcare. With honesty and clarity, he showed how digital tools can bridge the gap between doctors and patients, while reminding us of the importance of maintaining integrity and trust.

- Ryan Dwana brought leadership to the stage with Leading in a Connected World. He explained how leaders who cultivate psychological safety and openness inspire creativity and innovation, qualities urgently needed in a fast-changing world.

- Sarra Tobing transported the audience to the intersection of creativity and business in Creative Crossroads: Where Art Meets Business. She encouraged young people to embrace creativity as a catalyst for progress, even in the most traditional industries.

- The day closed with Bukie B. Mansyur, actor and performer, who brought warmth and relatability through his talk How Acting Connects Cultures and Industries Worldwide. His message was simple yet profound: art and performance are universal languages that connect humanity.

Between Talks: Music, Networking, and Connection
The talks were interwoven with moments that allowed participants to breathe, reflect, and connect. The LSPR Vocal Group filled the hall with harmony, reminding everyone that creativity is also felt in music.

Two networking sessions gave participants the chance to ask questions directly to the speakers. These moments were lively, with discussions ranging from 'What's the role of Gen Z in building cross-industry connections?' to 'How will technology redefine collaboration in the next decade?' For many, the networking sessions were just as valuable as the talks, as they created opportunities to build real relationships and exchange perspectives.
More Than an Event—A Community Effort
Behind the scenes, TEDxLSPR 2025 was powered by more than 50 student volunteers who managed everything from stage design to registration. Their energy and teamwork made the event run seamlessly, proving that collaboration itself was at the heart of this TEDx experience.
The day also included an appreciation ceremony, where speakers received plaques of recognition. The heartfelt applause that followed showed how much their words had resonated with the audience. A special recognition was also given to Dr. Prita Kemal Gani for her leadership and support of youth-driven initiatives.

For many attendees, the event was more than just a Saturday afternoon, it was an eye-opener.
"Listening to the talks today gave me a fresh perspective on how creativity and collaboration can open new doors," shared one LSPR student.
